This is KUMAR living in Block2, Apt#B01 Casa Grande TULIPSO in Pallikaranai.
Initial struggle was there.
After Palani took over in charge we are receiving good support and response.
1. Security was changed which was excellent.
2. Genset- At times we have major power cut(only 3 hrs. power in day). Palani is attending to the Backup generator small fixes. Also he assured he will speak to concerned AE addressing the major power cut concerns if required.
3. Plumbing – Initially we had water problem (air lock and dust in taps), Palani attended and resolved.
As more tenants are going to occupy coming month, we wish the Casa Grande maintenance support to continue its momentum
This is a mail appreciating the services of Mr. Moorthy one who sorts out the complaints of the residents of the Casa Grande the Riviera apartments, pallikaranai with immediate care. Really he is a nice gentlemen attending his duties with concern. He is a man of listening and easy approachable.

The entire process of me initiating the call to the repair completion was so professionally handled by you and your team.

I was informed by MR Naresh the non-functioning regulator of the fan in one of the bedroom also was replaced. Considering the very severe power supply situation especially in Pallikaranai area the rectification of auto changeover was a MUST and it has been done. Thanks for the same.

Since I have been always quick to complain, I thought I should convey my
appreciation of the security men at Casa Grande Arcabaleno. The 3 guards chosen by Mr. Partiban are exceptionally sincere. Not only are they always alert and respectful, I have never found them
asleep even when I return in past mid night or go down for a walk at 4:30 am. They reflect the standards I have come to expect from your staff.
Many thanks for your sustained efforts to find a solution to this serious problem. At the outset, there were many issues of seepage even in my own bed room ceiling. I did not bother you but got local help to coat leak proof paint over it. The seepage has not occurred so far. There was also a big leakage from beneath the cupboard in the kitchen. We carefully observed and found that after the granite top was cleaned, water leaked through the edges and arrived below. We sought the help of our interior designer to apply white cement at the joints and leak has not occurred so far. There was also seepage at my common bath room roof. On one occasion when Britto brought his clients to show the house, it was an eye soars for them. Britto sent his persons to fill the tile joints in the upper bathroom floor and also repaint our roof.
Above all, you were kind enough to do the water proofing at the lift terrace recently since on every rainfall, water inundated the lift room leaving the lift inactive for several days. Now, coming to the issue on hand, all I have been repeatedly pleading is to send your engineer to review my bathroom condition to see whether there could be any seepage through joints before coming to a bigger decision to brake opens the floor.
I once again plead for more considerate action.

My house registration held on 06/11/2013 in sriperumbathur registration office. I am thankful to say that MR K.PARTHIBAN DEPUTY GENERAL OFFICER. Authorized person for registration. He is polite and kind person. And you should feel proud to have such person in your office. Even though he is in a busy schedule. He patiently waited for me for more then three hours” without having his lunch there is no word to say about his service you should must know about his social service. After registration he waited and wiped my inked thump with cotton and after send offending me then only he went from their. This made me to remember him very often like my son. So i am very thankful to CASAGRAND BUILDER PVT LTD to have such officer.
My family members are very appericiative of the maintenance of the guest house. Importantly they want to convey their gratitude to Mr & Mrs.Selvam (care takers) who ensured that all their needs were taken care of with a smile and great attitude.
